I am all about clearing what has pulled you away from yourself so you can come home to who you already are and live from that truth more fully.

For more than 15 years, I have guided thousands of people through meditation, energy healing, sound alchemy, Light Language, private sessions, and retreats. My work helps sensitives release what they have been carrying, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and return to a more grounded, trusting relationship with themselves.

I created the Ascension Alchemy Circle as a consistent place to receive, reset, and reconnect. Through weekly meditations, healing journeys, sound alchemy, and energetic activations, you are supported in moving from overwhelm, self doubt, and disconnection into greater clarity, self trust, emotional freedom, and embodied spiritual connection.

What's Included

Weekly Live Circle

Join Jen every Friday at 12 PM Central for a guided meditation and healing experience infused with energy healing, Sound Alchemy, and Light Language. Each one hour gathering also includes time for reflection, questions, and community connection.

Meditation and Healing Library

Receive immediate access to guided journeys, Light Language activations, crystal sound experiences, past Circle sessions, and energetic practices you can return to whenever you need support.

Community and Guidance

After each meditation, the Circle opens for sharing, integration, and intuitive guidance. You are welcome to participate, ask questions, or simply receive.

Optional Private Support

Choose an elevated membership tier to include a private 30 or 60 minute session with Jen each month for more focused healing, insight, and support.
