"Dear Jen, I just wanted to tell you about what happened to me after the call on Self love yesterday,

During the zoom meditation i fell asleep and didnt remember anything except that i felt relaxed and felt something in my heart. I decided to go to sleep and woke up this morning and put the meditation on again. i remember tingling throughout my body and seeing lots of colors during the light language. I knew i was having some healing taking place.

After the meditation was over i fell asleep and slept soundly for several hours. which is something of a huge blessing in itself. when i woke up i had tons of energy and began cleaning, organizing, changing furniture, getting rid of anything i no longer wanted, and did all the laundry. i was either spring cleaning or nesting. since i am not pregnant i knew it had to be from the meditation, clearing and balancing of the chakras, You your angels God, and your guides. along with all the other healing/energy work that took place on the call, I am still going strong and feel so great. also i had been eating tons of junk food this week but after your call i noticed i had no desire to put anything in my body that wasnt healthy for me. i found myself asking my body what it needed and only giving it what it asked for. Thank you so much for the call and meditation, and for sharing your gifts. it truly was incredible on every level."
